 会计专业     1202     9:00—10:30

 金融专业     1202     10:40—12:10

注册用的表格会提前发给各位同学，请同学们携带表格及一张护照用照片按时到教室。

Venue: Lecture Room – Computer set up and linked to an overhead Projector and screen for use of CSU Thumb drives and can log in online to demonstrate the CSU site live

Please distribute Confirmation of Enrolment forms, Student ID forms and Transcripts before commencing with CSU presentations. Ensure marketing and orientation material (orientation handout, fliers, T- shirts and bags) are in lecture room.

*Students need to bring a colour passport photo, glue, pen and note book.

1.       9:00-9:05          Distribute Confirmation of Enrolment forms, Student ID forms and Transcripts  before commencing with CSU presentations– Stephanie Li and JUFE Admin staff

2.       9:05-9:15           Welcome students – Alfred Croucher

3.       9:15-9:45          Work through CSU orientation CD - The CSU Subject materials, Academic subject delivery methods, Interact, Study Skills, plagiarism presentation by Alfred

4.       9:45-10:00        Alfred advises on the importance of the enrolment information - Stephanie talks to students about checking their details on the forms, Students read through the forms and sign. Collect back the forms –Stephanie and JUFE staff

5.       10:00-10:15      Break

6.       10:15-10:45       computer lab/ or lecture room with computer set up for demonstration as in previous session – Provide 2 log in demonstrations with 2 current students with entire cohort watching –Alfred and Stephanie. Students complete their log in activations in own time.  Emphasis the need to change password every 60 days and keep password current.

7.       10:45-11:15       Student Services orientation presentation (My.CSU, E Box, navigating around the CSU online environment, Study Skills, keeping log in active etc) –Alfred

8.       11:15-11:45       Presentation on important points in learning CSU final 8 subjects – Alfred

9.       11:45-12:00       Student question time/Distribution of ISB Bags and T-Shirts, orientation CDs and Orientation Booklets      

10.    12:00-13:30      Lunch Break
